Cork-Self-Expanding Expansion Joint is designed for use in a number of commercial and industrial applications. It is particularly suited for use where it is imperative that joints be kept sealed at all times. CORK-SELF-EXPANDING Expansion Joint filler is composed of clean, granulated cork, bonded together securely with a phenolic resin. CORK-SELF-EXPANDING is highly resilient, will compress without extrusion and has a recovery rate of 95% or more of the original thickness.
  • Meets or exceeds all specifications
  • Resilient - recovers 95% of original thickness after compression
  • Heat molded under pressure to desired thickness
  • Resists water infiltration
  • Ideally suited for airport usage, filtration and water treatment plants
